Although the training and exams may take some time, they are the foundations that you have to build your career on. There are so many uncertain parts to everyone’s life that knowing you have a stable, and secure job is a huge weight off your mind.  As your experience, and confidence grow, so will your pay scale, and there are always steps you can take to improve your career.
